This was my second purchase of real estate since 1974. In all honesty I was astonished and amazed with the no-hassle mortgage application process. I had more trouble applying for a library card!
Your personnel were most cordial and professional and with the few interactions we shared, all questions and concerns were promptly resolved. I was told quickly that my mortgage application was approved verbally and in writing. I even received a warm telephone birthday greeting from a member of your staff, that was way above and beyond the call of duty! The little things mean so much.
I feel that I received a great financing rate, the most fair, equal and professional treatment possible and would not hesitate to apply with your firm next time or refer others to you.
If I was rating this experience on a scale of one to ten and ten is the highest, I would not hesitate in giving you guys a 12!
